Refund policy

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds can be made. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Faulty Items
We sincerely apologize if you have received a defective item. If you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us via Direct Messages on our Instagram account @moodandskies or via email at hello@moodandskies.com with supporting images within 48 hours of receiving your item. Kindly include your order number and the name of the item to expedite the process.

Please note the following:

1. Manufacturing defect does not include:

  • threading irregularities or loose thread
  • slight colour difference due to monitor resolution or studio/outdoor lighting
  • very small stains or folds as we eliminate plastic from all manufacturing stages at Mood and Skies. Some bags may display these minimal dot-sized stains, showcasing our commitment to an eco-conscious process.

2. We only accept returns for items with their original tags and packaging intact. Faulty items that have been washed or worn will not be considered for return. 

3. Please ensure that you use a reliable courier service with a tracking number for your return shipment. We will not be held responsible for any loss during the return transit.

4. Returns that do not meet all stated requirements above will not be accepted. Any returns sent without official approval will not be accepted and will not be sent back.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
